A note from the chef:
I’ve been living and breathing the joys of food making since I was old enough to strap on an apron and tall enough to reach the stovetop. In my professional career, I have been called ‘foodie’, ‘gastronome geek,’ and of course, the inevitable, ‘Hey Chef.’ My interests in food come in a full range of dishes, from the simple country classics to haute cuisine. And my interests in catering your event come from a sincere desire to share the beautiful and sometimes unexpected pleasures that eating really good food can bring.
